My Story

I earned a Master’s degree in English Literature from Virginia Tech and determined academia wasn’t for me. After a cross-country move with a friend from Virginia to Portland, Oregon, I landed my first job in a new industry as a web designer and project manager—when the predominant web browser was Netscape 1.0. I built my career around my skills in communication, critical thinking, problem-solving and an insatiable curiosity to learn everything I could about this emerging industry around digital content.

Over the years, I have worn many hats at smaller consultative, digital agencies to a large-scale financial services corporation, where I led digital operations, project management and martech functions within a corporate marketing division for more than 12 years. I have led hundreds of projects in varying complexity and have coached and led scores of talented digital pros and project managers, evolving with the times but always anchored to the sea floor of delivering value and an exceptional customer experience.

I have over 11 years of valuable experience implementing, onboarding and enhancing Adobe Workfront for a large enterprise. My experience in Workfront is twofold: business owner perspective to consider overall workflow and executive dashboard needs, as well as the technical admin knowledge to configure your instance correctly, including report and dashboard creation.
